This mentorship program is designed to guide pre-dental students through every stage of the dental school application process with clarity and strategy. All sessions are led by the Founder and President of The Molar Mission, Rojina Smaeil, an incoming D1 dental student (June 2026) who received multiple interview invitations and acceptances this past cycle. With firsthand experience navigating ADEA AADSAS and a strong understanding of how to effectively position an application, she offers insight into what truly makes candidates stand out. Through her experience in the dental field and the admissions process, these sessions provide personalized, high-level guidance to help students approach their applications with confidence and direction.
